Okay for hiphop...
Don't get me wrong it's not bad at all.
It's just that you should try to speed this up between 160 - 180 bpm. Then it'l sound more like Drum N Bass.
Secondly the chorus did sound off, maybe you have one of the instumental layers a half not down on every note you hear. that could be it.
Or it could be that you have a "false" sounding synth check it out.
But seriously with some improvement you could get it 9 or 10 out of this song!

I also really like the way you use alot of different parts in this song, so it doesn't sound too stale or gets boring after a while.
I do want to know wich program you use for creating these songs. I myself use Magix music maker, but it's not entirely perfect.
So if you could give me some tips and such i could improve my stuff aswell.
I have this one song called Red Alert (homage to C&C Series) But it's not the way i want it yet, if you could give it a listen i'd be happy! =P

I like the beat it's very dark but i do hear some annoying static at the bass and the lead melody.
