Almost!!!

You get a 5/5 from me now and a 9/10 'Cause you forget one important dirty south element!!

And that's putting a sick base line beneath the song!
Also for a hiphop/dnb song it's usually more fun for listeners to wait a little longer before the dnb kicks in!

Alright!

Pretty good, i very much like it if i think away the noise and such.

I wanna know what program you use, If it's something like audacity (wich is totally free) you can cut away noise and distorted parts by using a beat detective/finder and from there it'll show you where the kicks/claps and such are so you can actually cut it away then it'll sound more clean.
It's a trick they usually do with drumkits to make it really blast instead of having that "Live room" feeling.

I'm a bit of a studio junkie since i work in one every 3/4 days of the week.
So if there's anything i could help you with i'd love to hear it!

Great Melody!

But the rapping can really use some work, It's not hating or anything really! but alot of the times your not perfectly on beat.

I do hear that you got great flow, in ways of comparing you with other rappers on newgrounds you actually tell every 2 lines apart from the other.
Wich is good because of variation.

Another little detail is to really REALLY get your doubled vocals perfectly in sync with each other or just use one voice and try to phase it (if you have the options for it)

Yeah I've been working on getting my words right on beat lately. I'm pretty old school when it comes to recording so I don't edit my voice or anything. if I want to reverb something I just try and rap over it again haha maybe I'm too stubborn for my own good. When i read the title i was like yeah awesome!
Rugrats where my childhood aswell.

I am coming to the point, This.. isn't really a rapbeat. I know it has to go on and on but the drums are weak and there barely any bass (apart from the kick)

I'd say try to improve your drums and add some bass on it then it'll sound way better already!

Watching it with the spinart music viewer was sure different.

Kind of the feeling you have when taking some LSD or some shit.
But only thing was that the intro was pretty strange but the main part is pretty cool!

I knew it! You sir are amazing with not just sound quality but also deep clear sounding basses please teach me the way to sound as good as you!

Soothing, Relaxing!

Although i don't think the drums really fit the song. (i'd suggest using different sounding drums) the piano is really great!
Although i do miss something. I get the feeling it's not actually done yet but that could be me aswell.

The bass at 02:00 was a little surprise, a good one though!

It's really liquid, but like i said; i still have the feeling it's not quite done.

But keep going at this liquid kind of style and maybe add some more effects or bells or something maybe you've heard of High Contrast ? if not i'd suggest listening to him!
